Кітап фестивалінің мақсаты- көпшілік оқырман қауымға кітаптың берер пайдасын әр түрлі қызықты шаралар арқылы дәріптеу болып табылады. «Жақсы кітаптарсыз жан ескіреді» атты кітап фестивалінде оқырмандарға арналып, соңғы жылдарда жарық көрген кітаптардың макеттері мен дәстүрлі және электронды кітаптар көрмесі , көрме инсталяция таныстырылды. Сонымен қатар, тұрақты үздік оқырмандарға «Алтын карта» табыс ету рәсімі өтті.
