Analytical report of the RSE at the Children's Clinical Sanatorium "Alatau" for 9 months of 2024.
For 2024, DCS Alatau planned 16 arrivals with a total of 2,059 patients, 1,734 patients were treated in 9 months of this year, 6.1% more than in the same period of 2023 - 1,633. For 9 months of 2024, 130 beds in the somatics department worked in the sanatorium as a whole and the bed work was 247.4 days, in the same period last year -227.7, bed turnover averaged 13.3 patients (2023 -12.6), with an average bed downtime of 1.9 days (2023–3.6 days). The average length of stay of the patient in a bed was 18.5 bed days. With a plan of 34,680 bed days, 32,160 bed days were spent by patients, which amounted to 92.7%. The decrease in the number of bed days is noted due to late hospitalization (children arrive 1-2 days late from remote regions) and early discharge of patients for various reasons.
