Access to open data sets of the "Open Data" web-portal through the API is only possible with the indication of the API key. In the address bar of your browser, enter your API key instead of “yourApiKey”. To obtain the API key, you need to go to the "Cabinet for Developers" section in the "Developers" menu of the "Open Data" Portal.
