Disconnection of TLS 1.0 protocol

To ensure information security on the open government portals, the TLS 1.0 protocol is to be turned off. 

The protocol’s turn-off leads to incorrect working with third-party services (such as, for instance, Residential Address Registry). To eliminate the problem, the open government portals’ customers should support the https protocols TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2)

Please be advised that the TLS 1.0 protocol will be turned off on October 1, 2016.
